Now it’s up for Dabo to become CEO again..give Riley full reins to fire & hire 2-4 O assistants..allow Riley to recruit his type of players from HS or portal..etc.

The question(s) are: Can Dabo break his pattern of having complete control..get out of the way (as he seemed to have done with Venables)..go back to being the face of the program, etc.

Gonna be difficult for him but 2-4 more losses will be telling and game-breakers to his ego and personal success agenda.

This could have been solved last year when Riley was hired. All Dabo had to do was let him bring his guys in. But he insisted that Grisham, Thomas, Spiller, etc. have jobs.
