Swinney says Notre Dame is experienced and the most complete team they have played. Sound and well-coached. A game he says "we really stunk in last year." Started with blocked punt score. "Really just played terrible. Thankful for the opportunity to go compete."

Dabo says it starts with stopping the run, have to be gap sound. Have to be disciplined and tackle well. He says Notre Dame should have won the Ohio St. game. They are fun to watch on tape because they do a lot of things well.

Dabo says Sam Hartman is a pro, shouldn't be playing college football. "I've seen him for 10 years. The game is slow for him. He does a great job of managing the game. And he can really, really run."

Last season, the Notre Dame wide receivers combined for just 94 catches, 1,305 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. It's the worst level of production since 2007, when the Irish wideouts had 1,245 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns
This season their #1 receiver is a Tight End.

Speaking on Stuckey, Dabo says he tried his best to convince Chansi to move to receiver. Said he tried to convince him he would never make the NFL as a QB and that Charlie Whitehurst had three more years.

Chansi came back to Clemson and was a video GA. Then Dave Aranda at Baylor called and asked Dabo if he had a WR coach...and Dabo says yes he does and Chansi goes to Baylor. Then a year later Tommy Rees from ND calls and then Chansi is with the Irish. Swinney says he is really proud of him.

On explosive plays, Dabo says they have missed a lot of opportunities. Holding call, dropped pass hurt Saturday. He said there were some gritty and missed plays in the loss to Pack.

Just improve the OL and WRs and fix the ball security problem. And find a #### kicker. Everything else will take care of itself.
Petty Dabo is the best Dabo. This weekend will be telling to see if coach can light a fire under his players.
