I don't know who but people in Belgium are adamant they invented them and not the French

who just graduated wasnt big on eating the fry as a toddler. He would use it as. utensil to get ketchup. when the fry got to soggy he would get another one. This goes back as he just graduated HS

I do.

Cut them, get them very cold, spray with olive oil, salt & pepper -> air fry for about 15 minutes.
