But what about the 800 part? That messes up the whole “all 7’s” thing they got going. It could really cause the confuse for the kind of clientele that would call the “mostly 7’s” number.

Those Penn State whiteouts are crazy! And I have only seen them on tv. As an Ohio State fan, I really, really hate them. How OSU pulled out a few of those games in that environment, I will never know.

Either is a big step forward financially. B1G although not popular with some makes the most sense if expanding your footprint and gaining tv sets is your goal. B1G has more exposure than they may think here in SC seeing OSU fans seem to be moving down here in droves.

I hear a lot of people talk about the travel for away games would be bad and I guess this could be an issue but Boston College, Syracuse, Miami and sometimes Notre Dame are long trips too. I do understand; however, that playing year after year on the road in a Big 10 schedule may be taxing on some budgets.
I would love to be in the Big 10 personally.

I know the SEC is The conference and has a lot of good to great teams, but could equal them with FSU and Clemson. The B1G is always going to have a group of 5-6 teams that are just along for the ride. But they could have a really, really good group of teams middle to top. OSU, MIchigan, PSU, USC, Clemson, and FSU would be a great top tier. Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, and MSU could be a good group. Nebraska lost its way. But I believe is coming back. MSU was Really good a few years ago. They have the opportunity to be good again. Iowa has no offense, but the defense has been on another level. Minnesota, Maryland, Illinois, and UCLA have potential but may just be ok. NW, Purdue, Indiana, and Rutgers need to go. Although Purdue has been a thorn in OSU’s side and beaten us more times than they should.

Probably why Phillips was hired due to his Big10 ties. I hope he sets it up where there isn't hazing for a new team. He couldn't do that for new players at NW apparently

On the ole twitter universe, there was a Nebraska booster claiming FSU/Clemson to the big10 is all but done. Said announcement would come Tuesday. I don’t necessarily believe it but boy would that make this off season even greater!
