Not even questionable. Andre had the largest yards per carry in the NFL his rookie year. Andre played well in the NFL and would have been more successful if he was used in a system like Kamara or McCaffrey. In today's offensive schemes, AE would have excelled. Just like I think Tahj Boyd would be a NFL QB today vs 12yrs ago.

No change needed and it’s not even close. Ship had some sort of breakdown this year. Not sure what, but something went wrong and he got some bad advice.

Love ship for his grit and tenacity, but without it, he’s just a mediocre running back and with it he’s a little bit better than average. He lacks elusiveness and breakaway speed.
At best he’ll be a 6th or 7th round pick, might even drop to an un-drafted free agent in the NFL.
