I didn't say he was thinner, I said he was faster. We ran many plays for DJ to run. Cade has a weird choppy gate that makes him appear to be running in place half the time. Much like Shipley.

Cade ran track in high school. Not a chance that DJ is faster than him. Did you not see him chase down the FSU player on the scoop n score?

Yeeeaaah DJ wasn’t faster. It even close. DJ ran like he had concrete blocks on his feet. That being said he woulda known he couldn’t make the corner on that 4th down and would’ve tried to plug it up the middle.

I could care less about Cade's track measurables, but when you are running backwards and in place half the time, you are gaining for less yards than concrete block DJ.

He was literally the fastest player on the field in the Duke game

They wear a gps and it was said when he ran the guy down on the turnover no one else ran that fast the entire rest of the game. It was like 20+ mph. So there’s no way DJ is as fast or faster than Cade. He’s not a great runner on called run plays but he’s not slow. He doesn’t account for the speed of the other players though. He still acts like if he can back up or stretch a run out long enough he’s eventually going to out run the defender and get the edge like in high school. He is having a hard time adjusting to the speed of the game.

Well, that fancy GPS should show that he runs 50% of his mach speed the moment the ball is put in his hands. He's slow as dog shhht with the ball.
