Wherby our legislation dictates that any action levied by another state (ACC/NC) can be overruled by our legislators because it impacts our state revenue and prosperity.

And any legal actions, would be void if our legislators agreed.

I know I’m not phrasing this correctly, but am I crazy or does anyone recall that?

I can’t find any links to back that up, but I do remember that being mentioned.
