This is football related. After the Arkansas spring game there may be some guys enter the transfer portal who have hunted with thermal drones. We may or may not have room for them on our roster but there is a possibility no matter how remote.

Nope. But I've watched friends go fishin' with M80s. Does that count?

Had a friend that was in the Army doing some overnight survival training drill deep un the woods. He thought he was approaching the opposing group that he and his group was in competition with. As spread out as his team was ..he was basically on his own. As he thought he was about to score some points.....he ended up coming up on about 5 or 7 wild boars that he had startled and they nearly stampeded him because he said he just hit the dirt it scared him so bad. 😄😄

Thermal drone finds hogs.
Send in dogs with Kevlar body armor (not making this up).
Go in and "stick the pig", basically cut his jugular with a knife.
Definitely more adrenalin than hunting deer from a stand.

Sounds real sporting. Why not also throw in some strategic nukes?

Well it’s not much for sport. Those things multiply like rabbits and are a nuisance. Gotten really bad in my area.

Yeah, I’ve seen some yards torn up around me - have been lucky so far. I was mostly just being a smarta$$ - one of my endearing traits.

They are a disaster, a small group will totally wipe out an acre of peanuts in one night. A peanut farmer I know had to stop planting in a certain area. He trapped several hundred hogs in that location over a period of time. They were slaughtered and the meat donated. He is going to try peanuts again to see how successful he was.

No we ran them down on foot with 28oz framing hammers. I still hear the squeals in my sleep at night.

always try to provide pics. They provide context, confirmation while providing a respite for the imagination. Pictures are always appreciated w/o discrimination: fat skinny white brown purple cross-eyed crippled or blinded just so long as they're female. An understood caveat, I only mention because of an incident took place here a while back: a popular member posted a picture of his "old lady" when it obviously was not a female. A real eye-opener for the fellow tigernet member. Remember it like it was yesterday....Yes, bow|hunter went on a 3 hour profanity laced tirade marked furious anger and denial before his mind was able to process the humiliating realization their relationship. Not sure but I believe the wedding was canceled but don't hold me to it. Fairly certain it was postponed.

Yes. Happens all the time in the upstate. Including my farm. Drone locates pigs. Shooters approach and shoot pigs. Mainly in our crop fields. These pigs are terrible now. I have video of hundreds in my fields not 15 miles from Clemson.
