East of the Rockies line, go ahead caller. Art, I live in South Carolina, last night I was driving between Walhalla and Westminster around 3 AM on 183. I rounded a sharp curve and a hairy creature I estimate to have been between seven and eight feet tall was standing on the right shoulder of the road. When my headlights hit him full force I have never in my life known such fear. It's eyes were piercing and yellow green, he turned and with one stride went back into the woods and vanished. Art, I slowed down and when I passed the spot I noticed a strong odor similar to a skunk. Caller I think you just saw a Skunk Ape.
