Prospects are strong Clemson leans for 2024? For some reason I thought we already landed a couple. But, we have zero.

Satterwhite is a Clemson lean. Just had to survive Tennessee official he went on.

Westphal is hard to read. I think we have as good a shot as any team with him.

This would explain Hood's comment about needing a big OL recruiting win in a bad way. It is the only area where the coots are destroying us. And, it is not a good area to get dominated in on the recruiting trail. I want that 1 point upset win to be an aberration, like most of their few wins against and not the beginning of a trend. I do like that we are finally getting some offensive linemen in the league. That should help in recruiting.

We only lose one OL this season

I think we currently have 15 OL on scholarship and only Will Putnam running out of eligibility after this season.

Please correct me if I’m wrong on this.

We need to sign a couple of OL in this class for sure, and I feel certain we will.

But, on the other hand we signed three really highly regarded guys last cycle so there is talent in the pipeline.

I've seen Kam Pringle play in person against my hometown high school and the only thing I was impressed with was his size which is why I think he is rated so high. He was pushed around by a smaller guy and he also played on the defensive line and was pushed around. He could develop into something good but from what I've seen I was not impressed. They were hoping to ride that momentum when they were ranked in the top 10 in recruiting thinking it would do something but as always it fades out. They will probably land the DE Stewart and WR Paylor but other than them I don't see much else of them getting except their normal 3*'s.

Destroying us? Are you talking about this year where we haven’t started yet? Or over the last 3-5 years? I’m confused on how they are exactly destroying us?

Correct!! To say Usuck is destroying us is an absolute joke. Let Usuck have all the big, slow baby fat boys from SC in the OL. They can have em. We keep getting these lean and mean cowboys from Texas who can move their feet, run and are Farm boy strong. Anyone who thinks we are getting destroyed by the Coots in OL recruiting is ill informed or just trying to stir up trouble.

And hopefully they’re rated high and have a lot of potential. OL is a hard position to really get a good feel for but I’m just hoping we don’t have to settle for a couple of guys that might develop… especially after the ones we lost to the dirtpeckers.

The coots are not destroying us in anything. Continue to follow their recruiting throughout the year.

Thought we might have had a shot at Poe but he appears solidly Bama now. Would be very happy if we got commitments from Westphal and Satterwhite.

1 is essential IMO. I’m still not convinced the coots hang onto those guys after a mediocre season and a spanking from us.
