RB is currently smoking a bourbon-glazed ham, smoked mac 'n cheese, wife of RB is busy making a green bean casserole, apple pies and pecan pies.....

Fried pork chops & fried country ham - mashed taters - fried okra - sweet tater casserole - sliced tomatoes - garden corn - cornbread dressing & gravy, cranberry sauce - sweet tea _____ and my favorite, Coconut Cake,with a couple scoops of ***Pistachio Almond Ice Cream***

- Roasted Turkey (stuffed with copious fresh herbs, a quartered onion, quartered shallot, 2 cloves of garlic, then rubbed under the skin and all over outside wit copious amounts of seasoned softened butter)
- Dressing
- Giblet gravy
- cranberry sauce
- creamed corn
- green beans
- roasted Brussels sprouts
- asparagus (for those who don’t like Brussels or green beans)
- creamed potatoes
- deviled eggs
- sliced honeydew melon
- pumpkin pie
- peach cobbler
- sweat tea
- red & white wine
All homemade of course!

I don't like holiday good so I usually just grill steak. Family coming this year so ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, Mac and cheese, homemade bread, pumpkin pie. I am grilling Italian sausage for me no matter what the wife says.

Mom and Dad are cooking a baked turkey, ribs, stuffing, mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and cabbage.
I'm just reporting what I have seen so far, but there is likely cranberry sauce somewhere and possibly some potatoes and rice.
For dessert, pecan pie from Whole Foods.
