We made the CFP top 25 last week…. Now you have Tennessee, Oregon State, Kansas State, and Clemson at 8-4, and a crappy 9-3 NC STate team that we beat. So will we get the respect from the mainstream polls?

Love to see our positive momentum, WW are moving in the right direction…..

With no offense, we're lucky to be ranked at all.

No offense to anyone or any program, but polls voted on by media members is garbage. The coaches poll has a little more merit, but some coaches allow personal feelings into their votes. The FBS model is the only real way to settle for a champ. They have the extended playoffs and the champion must prove it beyond any doubt on tbe field. They have removed almost every ounce of politics. The only possible political influence is sometimes the seedings and establishment of who gets a bye or home game. But if you're the best you should be able to win no matter where it's played.

We are 8-4. a very average team. Nothing more nothing less. Except for a 11 million dollar head coach and a 2 million OC your would expect a lot more

UNC last night in a much more impressive fashion than our victory over UNC the week before. They might actually just be a better football team than us. There's certainly evidence to suggest it.
