for us & them. They got our boot off their neck and are recruiting as good as they have in many years which should make the rivalry better & the scores tighter..

while we have stayed solid in recruiting and have a new OC with flash & dash.

But consider if Clemson hadn't lost last year AND the SEC hadn't shut our 2020 game down due to Covid.

Clemson would have won 8 (almost straight) with a 2022 win and probably 9 straight since TL16, ETN9 & team would have crushed them in 2020 in DV.

Lots of "IF's"..such as: If SC wins this year in WillieB then Dabo will be 7-7 vs the Coots. Unreal possible "if" stat~

Loss of win from Covid year still really

irks me. That is one reason why the loss this year was so much worse as we should have already had 8 wins in a row….all because of the SEC decision!

I think you overstate the effects of their 1-point win.

The only thing that has changed is how their fans feel, and a handful of 17 yr old football recruits. The reality is they're probably going to lose, and lose big next year in Columbia ?.

Their good-vibes, just like their players who transferred out en-mass at season's end won't last long. Shane Beamer's act won't last either. They say imitation is the sincerest for of flattery, well the fact that he's attempting to imitate Clemson's blue print and hasn't created his own tells me all I need to know about it's lasting power.

We set the first 7 game win streak in cootlumbia 1940, we re-applied the 2nd 7 straight game win streak in cootlumbia 2021, and Dabo and Streeter failed big time of setting a new 8 straight game win streak in front of our fans in our house at Death Valley in 2022, plus they fumbled the game of setting 41 straight wins in DV, both records would have been a huge history making day for Tiger Nation while setting those two records in DV in front of the home Croud and not in cootlumbia!!!

Dabo has won 8 games against them. He won the first one against them then lost 5 in a row. He then won 7 in a row, so he is 8 and 6 against them. He will be 8 and 7 if he loses to them this year. I have seen many of their fans trying to claim the same thing by conveniently forgetting that first game he won against them.
