Kickoff attendance

The rable rousers are yelling about the attendance for the game in Atlanta but as usual know very little. First of all, Bobby Stadium holds around 54,000 so there won't be many fewer Tiger fans in the dome than there have been on campus. Secondly, neither Clemson nor the ACC had anything to do with the number of tickets. Lastly, we cannot buy the publicity we will get that night. Spot the ball Go Tigers.

That’s significant. GT was allowed to set the criteria because they’re the home team; screw that. They’re the worst team in the conference, they should just thank their luck to be included in the event and do what they’re told. The Harlem globetrotters don’t let the generals call all of the shots when the game is being played in Washington.

Slight adjustment...actually, it's 16.7% fewer....9,000/54,000.

Regardless of the percentage, it's a shallow and unwarranted move by GT. Tiger fans have a long memory.

They limited the seating because room was needed for all the nerds to bring their slide rules and pocket protectors
