Spector has pulled up and is basically stationary. The GT qb was going to cut inside Spec and avoid him. But the qb slipped. So the contact initiated by the offensive guy. Fortunately overturned. What gets me is the presumption the D guy can hit anywhere he wants and the O guy cant move or duck.

I also never liked the rule where a defensive player must stay away from the facemask of the offensive player. If you do, it is a penalty. However, the offensive player can stiff arm or push a defensive player all around the mask and never get a penalty.
