Their pitcher was plenty good enough to protect that second lead. We were very fortunate to scratch across that first run to tie the game earlier.

Didn’t watch but wonder if it was that same girl that beat us last year. I believe she was a freshman but was very dominant.

Yep, same pitcher. She was impressive.

Our players just aren’t hitting well enough to win games like this. Any timely hitting and we’d have won these last two mid-week games.
