the woods this morning. I didn't see anything but watching nature wake up again, was amazing and serene. I'm going to enjoy this day with a little house cleaning, boiling some peanuts, washing a few clothes and watching some college football.
What are your plans?

Still in the stand. Saw more deer 5 min from my house than I on the lease. Rack of ribs been thawing since yesterday. Going on the Pit Boss when I get home and watch our next two opponents later.

Just spent 25 minutes behind a woman at the bank drive. I didn't know you could apply for a mortgage from your car.
Today I will start cutting back the summer annuals and perennials. They clean up so much better if you do it before they freeze. After that, they are slimy and stringy.
I'll be in and out checking on the games until dark. After supper I'll settle in and watch a whole game.

Rain gets out I need to hit the driving range and get my truck cleaned up and then some college football. I’m only seeing UW/Oregon as a must watch game am I missing another good one?

It's raining in Virginia also. I'm about to have a late breakfast. Sausage patties, eggs, and steak fries. I'll just be enjoying the college football games. I was looking for Ohio State vs. Purdue, but it only seems to be streaming on Peacock, which seems strange to me. I don't have Peacock, so I just turned on Arkansas vs. Alabama.

All I could find were the Flora-Giant type . . . Was looking for the little Valencia (Spanish Red) Peanuts, but they are a thing of the past in this area. Gives me the “sads”.

due to the weather flopcast - called for rain and wind today but it is sunny and calm this morning. Saw a few small deer but nothing to take home. Enjoyed the day but might have had better luck this morning. Got to catch up on some paperwork that I should have done during the past week- it's sad to be lazy.
