Yeah sounds fishy to me the article said he was set to sign with Clemson then his confidant is up for a job at Memphis. There you have it folks we do it the right way and continue to lose or break the rules and win but maybe getting caught. Which do you prefer??

In this case it is actually not against the rules. Basketball and AAU is a very grey area and although it looks bad there is nothing the NCAA can do about it. It will be very disappointing if we lose a guy this way.

Yea is this guy really that good? He's not very highly rated by the recruiting services, which I know aren't always right.

is a pipeline to other stronger recruits in the future.

I hope we get him because it seems like we'd like to have him, but he's nowhere close to an elite player... (obviously because we are recruiting him) ;)
