Why cant our players learn how to set a pick?

Over the years we get called for an illegal pick on offense most every game. Yesterday PJ got a push from behind which was the cause of one but other than that they mostly been moving picks. It’s not a difficult concept. Set a pick and don’t move.
My other gripe are turnovers.
Other than that I thought we played well enough to win.

I don't disagree but sometimes the movement and foul is because the offensive player is positioning themselves improperly to use the pick so the pick setter moves slightly and a foul results.

No 15 turnovers is why we lost.

We were 10-15 from the charity stripe which is why we lost

No wrong. They missed the same amount of fts as we did. They scored 17 points off of our 15 turnovers. That's why we lost.

Both of those were factors. But the first 5 minutes of the second half was when we lost. Didn’t make a FG until the 15:09 mark. Went 1/4 from the foul line during that time and 2/6 from the foul line in our first 6 attempts of the second half. We had 2 turnovers and were called for 5 fouls during that time too. Seemed like Memphis got into the double bonus really quickly in the second half.
