Per the ACC website Clemson is the home team.

Home team alternates between Atlantic & Coastal. Atlantic was home last year. Coastal is home this year.

The ACC Website says Clemson is Home... Pitt was the home team last year. They may both wear color jerseys. They did when they played in 2015.
