If you are ever on I-40 between Greensboro and Raleigh, try Biscuitville. There are several. Open from 6AM to 2PM or so and all the biscuits are tasty. They offer a fried catfish biscuit. I hope one opens in the Upstate at some point.

I don't know, but some fried fish, grits, hot sauce, and some sliced tomato is the best breakfast I know of.
