To be honest I think there is a big push on their end to hire Kliff Kingsburry. They want someone young and also committed to their school. Kinsburry is obviously one of the hottest names in college football after what he did at TAMU.

i think CM is the guy for the job or brent venables, but i don't think BV will leave after just 1 yr at clemson

I know the fans want Kingsbury, but I think there's some resistance from inside TT because of Kingsbury loyalty to Leach. I think they are going to offer Morris or Venables the job and I think one of the two are going to take it. This is contingent on Briles staying in Waco. Though I wouldn't be surprised if TT pays the money to buy Art Briles out of his new Baylor deal. If that happens I think Baylor will target Morris.

..unproven as the HC. (not to mention the Leach connection) Chad has more experience and his Texas HS experience will be helpful. i'm sure there are other candidates, but Chad will get it before KK.

BV has an opportunity to work under a close friend as a head coach. That's rare. I hope BV stays, but I can't blame him if he takes this one. I don't see Chad wanting to go to west TX. Where are the discarded sec coaches going?
