He is actually the new Finance Minister, not the PM.

Scanning of the article it looks like he is calling for a lot good things like not funding religious schools. Also wants to start child care subsidies for working parents.

Also he told some religious fundies to #### and he'll issues statements on the sabbath if he wants which I find hilarious.
