What makes people on think Dabo can

Clean house then hire better people. He didn't clean house himself but he did have to start a new staff. How is that working so far? I have that along with the following questions. Who told Dabo to hire who's on his staff now? Besides recruiting ( I did once think he was a great motivator but I see that's not the case) what's Dabo best asset? How many horrible seasons and bad seasons will it take to make a change?

Dabo will get this fixed. He will make the necessary changes in the off season. There is no one I would rather have as head coach.

After this season, especially if we finish at/below .500

The biggest issue is 1 of the things that was used to help build the program & sell it to recruits - the "Clemson Family". Offensively (our biggest issue), 3 of the assistants (Austin, Grisham, Spiller) were former players & unproven commodities. While many agree these are the primary changes that need to be made, they are going to be the hardest personally for Dabo to make. But I feel these are the 1s that gotta be made, especially to create a better fit to Riley's scheme & quit trying to mesh incompatible pieces together.

If he can make the changes needed, then hopefully the train can get back on track. If not, then we're looking at the decline that the Bobby Bowden FSU dynasty hit when he got stubborn in his ways in later years.
