horsey farm), I can tell you there are certain aspects of farming that are highly overrated.
Like eating dust while driving a tractor, for one. (This was before Gentlemen Farmers had air conditioned cabs on their tractors, with stereos playing.)
The only good thing was, there was always a five mile an hour (or however fast the tractor was going) breeze blowing.

I picked cotton as a very young kid for a penny a pound. If you think making a dollar was easy you would be very wrong, Absolutely no one had air conditioning. But we did have a water bucket!

Hi Guys, Yes ,we must always be thankful! Each morning is a gift on its own. I feel blessed to live here although roughly a thousand miles north of you. It is an incredibly beautiful place. The part that may inspire some to throw darts is it is still 62 degrees at 10:30am... sorry guys. You are free to ask me the temps come January and February. I am so looking forward to seeing that air raid offence develope this year .I did make it to the Spring game but will have to be satisfied with observing the season from afar . Go Tigers!
