There are a couple of places...

on the other side of the Chestnut Hill Reservoir (The Circle Tavern and Cityside Tavern). One of the trains from Boston actually stops there but it's about a 1.5 mile walk around the reservoir to the stadium.

There area few others over on Brighton Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue (north and northeast of the campus). Last Drop, Corrib Pub, Harry's Hopewell, among others). A bit more of a walk or Uber ride from there to the stadium (if memory serves).

And there are also some places in Newton Centre and they are walkable also or Uber if unable to walk far
