1. Left out of CFP
and now a no win narrative vs UGA in bowl.

If they win - UGA didn't want to be there.
If they lose - the committee got it right.

Sucks to be a Nole - I am not crying for them, but it could happen to anyone - heck if it were 12 teams this year it happens to OU who gets left out for Ole Miss because ALL SEC teams get a ranking boost to perpetuate their "dominance" just because. Although OU will get that starting pre-season.

we were still allowed to be in b/c we passed the eye test. The ACC was down or considered down every year it seemed we went to the CFP (except for the one year where Miami was ranked high and the one Notre Dame acc championship.) Eye test is one of the criteria. We always passed eye test. Sorry noles, you don't.

but i'm glad you brought it up Because the committee used their "lexicon" to get TWO SEC teams in that year.

If they are getting left out as punishment for speaking out against the ACC, it proves the need to leave the ACC even more

The committee doesn't give a care about helping the ACC and/or punishing FSU. If Jordan Travis wasn't injured, they would be in.

They got left out because the committee refused to exclude the SEC from the CFP.

This! Is has everything to do with Disney/ESPN having a massive investment in the SEC. They couldn't allow the playoffs to not have an SEC team participating. It's undoubtedly corruption. It's also a death blow to the ACC. We've all just been told that it is the Power 2 and everybody else. Clemson, FSU, and any other program who expects to play cfb at the highest level need to work diligently to get out of the ACC.
