When has Clemson faced a USC team that finished with a ranking at #22, #9, #10 three years in a row? I'm all for winning big games (and I think we are fixing the puzzle one piece at a time and we will get there) but let's face reality...USC has never been this consistently good.

Florida's winning percentage over FSU (.59) is identical to Clemson vs USC (.59).
Would you say Florida has dominated that series? I wouldn't.

bbb[b4bobbybowden] uf led series 16-3-1 abb 1976-present even h2h record with both owning conference and national titles.
1976-present cu over scar 24-12-1, national championship, numerous conf titles and bowl wins.
fsu/uf have played 50ish fewer games.
if cu's win % against scar was ~ .59 and only 10 games had been played you might have something.

What you have is a .59 winning percentage and only at Clemson is that considered "dominant."
The Clemson/SC winning percentage is within 5-7% of every other rivalry that was mentioned. But facts are facts.
Using your argument (FSU was a girls school prior to the 50's), I find it funny that you didn't mention that SC wasn't in a conference (therefore unable to win conf championships) for over 20 years of the modern era.

The overall record is not that dominating, it's the recent history of the rivalry that is the most dominating. We had won like 30 of the last 40 before the current win streak started. That my friend is dominating. You went 40 years without winning in consecutive years.

A) Several of the rivalries you listed as equal to or better than 0.590 are actually less than 0.590. Let me guess, you have a degree from SCarolina huh?
B) You want to count rivalries with a lesser degree of dominance just because you want to perceive them as similar? That's desperate and does nothing to change the facts.
C) Utah/Utah State, just for example...really? You want to include that as a major rivalry? Really??
Again, Clemson over SCarolina is one of the most dominated major rivalries in the country.

That extra percent = DOMINATION. And quit crying about the other rivalries, they were chosen by a non biased (Bleacher Rpt) publication.
More for you...
LSU-Bama is not a rivalry (Bama .643 win%) Florida / Fl State is not a rivalry (Florida .590) Backyard Brawl is not a rivalry (Pitt leads WV .587) UNC / Duke (T-holes .592) UGA / Ga Tech (UGA .585) Utah / BYU (Utah .596) Paul Bunyon Trophy (Wisc .585) Clemson / USC .59 GT / Clemson (GT .641) Wash / Wash St (UW .644) Mich / Mich St (Mich .648) Iowa / Iowa State (Iowa .650) Oaken Bucket (Indiana win% vs. Purdue .623) Texas / Texas A&M (UT .644 win%) Oklahoma leads Ok St (.774) Fl State / Clemson (FSU .692) UGA / SC (UGA .708) UK / Louisville (UK .682) UT / UK (UT .690) ND / Navy (ND .845) Colorado / Colorado St ( Colorado .735) Texas / Texas Tech (UT .765) UGA / Clemson (UGA .707)

Your math is incorrect. Please learn how to calculate winning percentages before you type anything else.
Secondly, I'm not crying about Utah/Utah State being considered a major rivalry. I'm simply pointing out the fact that knowledgeable (i.e. non-desperate) fans would consider those two teams as secondary or even lower tier rivalries. Glad including them makes you feel better about being dominated though.
Thirdly, again, 55-57% is less than 59%. Pretty simple stuff here, at least for the decently educated.
And fourthly, we actually own a 0.594 advantage. Please stop disregarding 4 when you're including 3 digits for the other series.
So, again, a 59.4)% winning percentage in a major rivalry is one of the most dominated series in the country.

1st 70 yrs played in Columbia with the fans partying and yelling and keeping the Clemson players up all night and the Clemson boys still ate their lunch and took their women. Can only imagine what it would be if it were fairly done.
I would like to see Carolina's winning percentage against all teams they've played. Since they've just recently crossed over 50% all time I think it would be interesting
