now I ask, why would ANY recruit want to commit to that coach and school??? this is the epitome of your better play or you won't be able to stay... geesh...

qualifies (again unlikely) they will have way over the 85 allowed scholarship players... So he is trying to make room for his class. Either way its funny, because they are going to run players off and then have more kids decoot and not qualify and probably be left below 85 anyway. Hahaha.

I understand what they are doing. Too many players who are not playing. Giving them the opportunity to go elsewhere where they can contribute. SC is taking drastic steps to improve. Can't say that is wrong. I know our fans want SC to collapse, but I would not expect it. We will have a game in November. Tigers need to be ready.
Spurrier has too much experience to overlook.

We all understand why he would do it, and it's a bad reflection on his commitment to the players... In another case, a guy that refuses to move on when encouraged to do so simply finds himself off scholly for the shallowest of reasons...
The commitment should be a two way street but SOME people don't care about that...

Let's not kid ourself. Winning is all that matters at major college football programs. All coaches know that. Spurrier is doing what he needs to do.
Dabo did what he needed to do by playing Watson, even though hurt. Lose to SC and he was likely fired.
That's just fact.

Actually I am a Pitt fan from Pittsburgh, as well as Clemson. I enjoy College football and fans down here are funny and delusional for sure. Good conversation.
