I believe our current difficulties at WR is a direct result of covid. The star players should be juniors and seniors but they would have been recruited during the covid lockdown. Dabo using culture as a key recruiting pitch does not translate well over a video call as players have to be on campus to see the difference. Now that recruiting is back to normal (somewhat given NIL), we will see more talent flowing into Tiger town beginning the last class and even more so with the upcoming class.

4 WRs two different Situations

Beaux Collins and Adam Randall were hurt last season. And Ajou Ajou and Frank Larson weren’t All In. That’s a major factor at WR over the past two seasons

And to think we were very close to landing Cam Coleman and Mike Matthews as well...

I like the guys we have coming, but I would like to see our old WR coach back to get them developed.

Never had a shot with Coleman so don’t feel like we missed out or were close…. Matthews was really close though
