wanted to keep Brownell?
I'm not talking about the "I'll support him because he's our coach" crowd.
I mean how many of you still think Brownell is the man for the job?

I think the program needs a new direction, but I AM part of the " I will support the coaches as long as they are coaches" crowd. I'm certainly not part of the name calling, hate mongerers who thinks its ok to spew hate at Coach BROWNELL. THose that do this needs a timeout and learn the word "respect".

I respect coaches who have earned it. Danny Ford earned it. So did Bill Wilhelm and Jack Leggett for most of his time. I respected Rick Barnes and Oliver Purnell. I respect Dabo and Monte Lee. What do these coaches have in common ? They were winners on the field and on the court. In seven years Brownell has done nothing to earn respect. One more year to prove people wrong! Does he really care? He's got 3 million reasons to fail.
