Great news, super player But sadly LSU's JoeB scorched him for 3

Jul 8, 2022, 3:30 PM

TD's even though he covered all three very well, with two throws being polished dimes with no hope of covering.

Saying, just rewatched the LSU game & Terrell was very pro-active with the WR yard for yard..

but on the 1st TD he looked a bit early for the ball and in doing so his body turned inward and his path changed inward by a foot or two and away from the sideline and when he saw ball it was over his head and going into receiver's hands..thus he was out of position just enough to not contest the throw as tightly.

On the other TD's he fought tooth & nail but the arc of the ball was perfect.

Gotta give JoeB credit as well as receiver.

And TL16 was not 100% as he was vs Bama a year earlier (or vs Buckeyes year later in semi).

We blew that game early. Had them on the ropes several times, dominating field position, and didn't take advantage. Needed a couple TDs in those situations.

Burrow and his receivers that night couldn’t be stopped. I’ll remember him for the interception in the 18 Bama game. It was a thing of beauty!
