"Pig in the mud..." Like I've never heard that before!

I do recall a mud wrestling event with a couple of chicks on the way back from 4 paws one night. We had to go back out there the next morning at daybreak to find the girl's jewelry. We actually found it all in that muck.
And before you ask who won... back in 1982 we all won.

Is that similar to … a dog in heat? Just asking.

If the opponents know what you are going to do and still can’t stop it that’s big time coaching. I’m more than anxious to see this on the field. Spring ball just got to be even more fun. Tee it up Mr Riley.

Have just a few plays, but execute them REALLY well. That is

not a really new philosophy at Clemson, although the plays will certainly be different.

Under one Danny Ford, the Clemson offense was geared to run the football first, pass second. Danny pretty much said, "Here we come, stop us if you can". And, for the most part, the other teams couldn't.

That philosophy is also good for work, and life in general. Do what you do, really well, and you will be nearly unstoppable. It was totally ironic that the company I worked for in the chemical industry for 30 years was always poor mouthing, and as a result, we lived at least a little in fear of losing our jobs. (I was a home body, I could have moved away from here and probably furthered my career, but I liked living around family.) It was only when I took early retirement, and suddenly found job offers flooding my way, that I realized that, hey, I must have been pretty good at this Chemical Engineering thing after all, and needn't have worried so much about losing that particular job.

Do what you do well...
"Stick to the knitting." That was an old Roger Milliken quote he liked to use.

Richardson was a good to great head coach at Northwestern High. Teams consistently put up a lot of points.

He was a great offensive coordinator under Moose Wallace and an even greater head coach at Northwestern

I remember a year when North Augusta hammered both 5A finalists (Sumter and Dutch Fork) during the regular season and then got destroyed at Northwestern in the 4A Upper State finals. That offense was completely unstoppable. The ball got from the center to the QB to the receiver before we could hardly blink. No QB statues. That’s what we need if we insist on playing without an offensive line.

Passing game coordinator since 2021?

He should have been the first one fired. How is he still here?
