Down in Charleston tonight to visit some college classmate who is lucky enough to be getting married tomorrow. Naturally, after the rehearsal dinner, my classmates and I visit some bars from the ole college days.
Well, this ole MUSC girl happened to be with our party tonight. She happened to get obliterated via alcohol, and almost got yours truly and his El Cid classmate fellas arrested. And all the meanwhile,she shouts "War Eagle [this]" and "War Eagle [that]. Not to slander anyone in any which way...... but.
I've never been so ready for the start of the season. I'm going to be there. When we run them out of the plains. War Dang Dabo.

Our last neat road trip was 2002 up to Columbus Ohio Buckeye Stadium to see them host visiting Michigan Wolverines...paid $760 for 2 tix.
Great bands, fans & game...where Buck freshman Clarett was the difference.
Later that year Ohio St won Natty in OT..so we essentially got to see the National Champions..
So, i'm hoping the same happens this year with our TiGERS!

Been there several times...buildings are pretty but a stark absence of older trees and canopy is my impression.
I still don't know what their mascot is...Plainsman, Tigers, or War Eagles. To make it more confusing, the eagle that flies into the stadium before the game is named "Tiger". Geez...make your mind up.

I've ever been to at an away game. It was a cluster#### and took us FOREVER to get out of there.

I hope we whip the snot out of them, from start to finish. Having said that, when we went there in 2010 and tailgated all day, we had a wonderful time. Every auburn fan around us came over and offered us food and drink and the ones that passed by had nothing but nice things to say. Even in the stadium all the auburn fans that sat around us we're classy people. It was by far the best road game experience I've ever had. So I won't talk trash about their fans. But I hope we win 50.
