What I said that day made Danny sound like Mary Poppins.
No excuse for such a call.
Luckily now we have replay so when they blow the replay at least there's no room for the naive to doubt they are cheatin' ########.

That was bad. equally as bad was the one the prior week at UNC where Clemson was screwed by the same officials. UNC had the ball late in the game trailing by less than a TD. They threw a pass close to the end zone. The ball was knocked loose while the receiver was in the air, It was either an incomplete pass or a fumble. Clemson recovered the ball but UNC wasgiven the ball near the end zone, UNC scored a TD as time ran out and was given the win.
