The Chad Morris Chase!!!

I personally believe that The Chad's chasing interviews at the end of the season has really hurt our recruiting. Offensive and defensive recruits are being told by other coaches that The Chad won't be with Clemson after next year. And they are telling them that once The Chad is gone, so are our dreams of having a chance to get close to a National Championship game. Before signing day comes and is gone. Chad should have a presser stating that he will be at Clemson at least until after his kids have graduated HS in Clemson, whether it's the truth or not. Other coaches at other schools are telling recruits what they don't know for sure. So Chad should play that against them for Clemson.

DUDE, it's hard to grip the recruits we have loss that I'm sure because of other coaches telling them that Chad will be leaving at the very first HC job he can get. We all know that it's happening. 11/2 season don't create defections. But fear tactics towards 17/18 year old kids does. And thanks for the TD. I bet everyone that you disagree with get them also. Kind of childish aren't you. Here is another chance for you to stomp your feet, or click the TD.

We lost Nkemdiche and Kamara and it had nothing to do with the Chad. We lost Jenkins when his dream team finally offered and it had nothing to do with Chad. We lost Robinson may be may be not caused by Chad.
Who else do you want to attribute to Chad?
And next year he will be offered new opportunities.

signing day comes nearer. I would rather be in on the big-name talent and lose out than recruit smaller talent targets. Dabo is pretty good at this game and I really think it ends well despite all the angst on here.
Chad has nothing to do with this. Dabo recruited well even when Chad wasn't here.

What's he supposed to do? Refuse to participate in any interviews. Unreasonable to expect a man to ignore an opportunity to possibly make a better life for himself and his family.I want him to stay for as long as he is successful but he's a hot commodity at this point and it wont always be that way.

Not sure how bad it is hurting our recruiting but I am sure some of our competitors are using it as a recruiting tool against us. Just like we are pitching to recruits why they would be better off at Clemson rather than other schools.

If he was truly "chasing interviews" he would already be gone. There were quite a few openings.
If we have an Excellent coaches, other teams will be chasing them. Would you rather have mediocre or poor quality coaches? 'don't think so!
