Talked to Tavien today

Talked to Tavien today and asked about the recruitment process and he said he's loving it. I asked him about a possible list of his top schools and he told me he's working on it now. He's figuring things out and he's starting to focus on it a little more. He's excited I can tell

There is a difference between being an ### and being sarcastic. We wanna encourage people to post information and not make fun of them. That serves no purpose. This guy may have something really worth wild one day. I for one would like to hear it that day.
