Their starting QB now, who's actually QB3. Weigman got hurt mid year, the Johnson transferred, and then Henderson took over. QB4 balled out for a kid who hadn't played much all year or gotten reps.

A Jr FB league would probably be the best way to go right now bc of the way they have allowed college FB to make a turn so far to the left to where nothing is on a level playing field, especially for the schools that are in the smaller towns/cities where it's impossible to compete at the same level with the schools in larger areas that can generate tons of NIL CASH$$$$$$

I am sure there is some truth to your statement, but IMO the culture created by Jimbo was the bigger issue. We know from his FSU days he only cared about football and winning games. Everything else like discipline, graduating, team bonding held little interest in his heart. We have all worked for this type of manager sometime in our career and the culture soon becomes toxic
