UPGRADING Braille signage on motorized scooters and other mobility devices???? I hope the blind aren't riding scooters but it would explain all the brain dead people there.
In a first for LGBTQ+ people in California, Senate President Pro Tempore Toni Atkins has signed bills into law while serving as the state’s acting governor.
Atkins, who is a lesbian, is “the first woman and first openly LGBTQ person serving as acting governor to sign bills into law while doing so” in California, according to The Bay Area Reporter.
Atkins took the action last Thursday, when both Gov. Gavin Newsom and Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis were out of the state. She signed three bills: Assembly Bill 354, updating membership on the Sacramento Regional Transit District board of directors; AB 410, upgrading Braille signage on motorized scooters and other mobility devices;

#### state is a dumpster fire. In debt and some cities are hemorrhaging people.
There will be a poster mention what an outstanding state it is seeing the funds they give to the feds to fund other states vs SC. Never understood his point seeing California and the Feds are operating in the red. Give me SC all day everyday.

That’s because of population and taxes. Smaller states will always get less than they give. It’s not because it’s poor. Such a stupid ####### argument.

they are in debt but that is state debt because of all their stupid state rules.
They are a federally contributing state while South Carolina is a mooching state. SO they are actually helping states like South Carolina and hurting their own citizens.

California is a beautiful state in terms of topography and natural resources. I have traveled much of the state on business trips and always come away impressed. This is why their current path is so disappointing.

lived there for 12 years, has its problems, but most of what you guys are repeating is partisan hackery to preempt a Gavin Newsome run for president, unwitting participants in some other person's games. Possibly grow up?. FYI, I do not like him either, he is sleazy and disingenuous.
But regardless who the governor is, California offers incredible economics opportunities and is one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. The people aren't so bad either, it is a great place to live a stress free life and make a fantastic living if you have the brains and the education.

Agree. Most of the people here who hate California either lived in the wrong place or have never been there. There are idiots there just like there are idiots here in SC. There are also plenty of great people and great places to live in CA just like in SC. The problem is the CA people let the nut jobs run the asylum. It’s not much better here though…or anywhere else.
