Tonight he made it a point to say we have only beaten two teams that had their starting QB, and we knocked one of those two out. He did follow it up with it was not our fault, but that we were having (and I don't recall the exact words) Heavenly smiles upon us.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say I don't think ND is too upset that Kizer is their QB now. I really don't think Zaire will start another down for them.

We played FSU with their starter out. Golson was healthy to play but Jimbo decided to go with Maguire instead. Its coots coming up with excuses like usual, nothing new

Wofford - started starting QB
App State - Starting QB
Louisville - Who knows who the starting QB is but all were available/played
ND - Back-up QB (probably doesn't give up the starting job)
GT - Starting QB
BC - Back-up
Miami - Starting QB (knocked out of game)
NCSU - Starting QB
FSU - All QBs available
Soooo, we only played 2 teams with their back-up QB (at that time).

As far as the QB's are concerned, both are doing better than their starters, or just as good. Their starters being out hasn't hurt either team, period!!!
