Playing in the Big XII is like cheating to pad your stats

Last I heard they don't even bother telling their defenses to dress.

yeah...defense is a bad word in the Big 12 but still remarkable numbers.

I would say Boyd/Watkins/Hopkins are just as good...

Sep 30, 2012, 7:46 PM

but we've barely seen Watkins play this year. Hopkins has just as many yards as Bailey, and I think Watkins would be about at Austin's level if he had played all year.

Smiths numbers are remarkable

Sep 30, 2012, 8:53 PM

But as most of his throws and TDs are from little screen plays and that little shovel pass sweep they run, Austin and Bailey do all the dirty work

Still, those are outstanding numbers no matter who your playing IMO

Please, guys. Did you see the game? Some of those passes (and catches) were unbelievable. Take away the great runs on screens and that still left Smith with about 450 to 500 yards passing. Eight touchdowns, no interception. Forth-five out of 51 is hard to do in a no-defense drill.
