addition that would take away the famous Hill..and extend up and out onto the street behind scoreboard...or would it be raising the West End zone height upwards? What say you?

They could add a little to the lower level on each side, but an upper level on the West Endzone is the only real option. Remember Barker is an Architect and that sight line of the lake, stadium, score board, smoke stacks, and Tillman on the hill is priceless.
