Dabo's made some bad strategic decisions

that have lessened the product we put on the field. Until he corrects those, this cycle will continue.
At the time he said that, no one in their right mind thought we'd be where we are due to obvious mis-steps by Dabo Swinney. However, we're here. People make mistakes.
If he doesn't correct them, like immediately, we dig ourselves a deeper hole to get out of. If he rights the ship, and we start extracting teams' wills to step on the field to play us again, then this will be a blip that we can laugh about at the expense of Ooey (bless his heart for that).

Tajh wasn't a bad QB for us, and he still gets destroyed with that stumbling mid-pass fumble gif.
You could make a clip like that for DJ that lasts the length of the Benny Hill theme song. How many pump fakes alone has he had slip out of his hand and fumble? 3? 4?

he makes me really miss Kelly Bryant. And I really didn't think that was possible other than in some alternate universe.

I've said it ad nauseam, but we beat UGA in the opener and make the playoffs last season with KB at QB. Of course I believe the same is true with Cole Stoudt.

That's fair too. I hope I didn't sound like I thought my observation was some deep meaning of life discovery.

At least KB realized he didn’t throw well

Thus our offense then was all running the ball w a few option passes. The coaches played to his strengths. DJ should never have 29 attempts against a team that can’t stop the run.

We missed on DJ.

There's no avoiding it. Perhaps Cade needs a season to be able to manage a D1 team or perhaps we missed on him too. Maybe a recruit coming in is better.
Maybe after having the, imo, best college quarterback ever our misses are judged by that rather than our average over the last 30 years.

All I have to say is thank god we’re in the ACC because if we had to play a decently tough schedule, this team would be 6-6. If we manage to win Saturday, and I think we probably will, we’re going to have to play Bama in the OB and they are going to blow our sphincters wide open.

team down there was actually good. We know it was stupid stuff that cost the game.
Not to suggest we haven't fallen a step or two from where we want to be. Dabo has got to adjust to some of the changes, like the transfer portal.

Realignment....quite likely.

NIL will get reeled in as NCAA and schools learn what they can and can't control in the new era. They're already trying to figure out how to close the school booster collective NIL's under pay for play bans.

I’d like to see college football do something like European futbol, with divisions that have promotion and relegation between divisions
