Haha!
What to do if arriving Saturday (in Tucson) but staying in Scottsdale...any recommendations for food or Clemson alum/fan hangouts?
Someone suggested visiting Grand Canyon, is that a must vs other options?

I just moved out of Phoenix area almost a year ago. There are a myriad of options. You can go to the Facebook page for Arizona alums and they have several options listed there for Clemson events.
As far as Scottsdale is concerned, make sure to go to Old Town for great food, drink and shopping options. If you're into nightlife, this is by far the best area in the Phoenix area.
Hope this helps!

Tucson is about a 2 hour drive to the Phoenix valley. Old town Scottsdale is where to go, the most action in town by far. All bars in the entertainment district will be themed either Alabama or Clemson. Check out Dakota or Maya, some of the best spots in town.

Check out the Scottsdale entertainment district, it's literally less than a 100 yard long strip with about 15 bars in a row. The most happening spot in the valley. Cooperstown is very cool but kind of by itself in Phoenix. If you want to have 1 cab ride to everything you could imagine, go to old town Scottsdale. I think District and Maya are Clemson themed. Definitely worth a visit.

depends on what you want to spend but Sumomaya is about the most unique thing you'll ever experience. It's Mexican/ Asain fusion which sounds confusing but ends up very good! http://sumomaya.com/

The W hotel in Scottsdale will be throwing a huge party for fans on Sunday, Big Boi from Outkast will be performing. These events are usually the biggest and best ones in town. Check out wscottsdale.com for mroe.
