The scoring play capped an eight-play, 80 Yard march by the Tigers after UVA had taken a 7-3 lead on Herman Moore's juggling reception in the end zone at the 05:27 mark.
Clemson, whose 28-0 mark against Virginia is an NCAA record for most consecutive victories by one team over another, improved to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the ACC. UVA fell to 2-3 / 1-2 in the ACC.
