The hummus bowl. Tried this when buying a pre-made salad at the beach. Have now recreated it at home.
Bed of hummus.
Quinoa.
Salad greens.
Chickpeas.
Black olives.
Grilled chicken breast.
Balsamic dressing.
High protein. Low carb. High nutrient density.
Ungh.

with. I cook this recipe occasionally and it's really, really good. I tweak the amounts and use more avocados than the recipe calls for, but it's good as is. In fact, ATL PAW MAN® this is something you could probably get down with as well.
