Most disappointed/frustrated fan base in NCAA?

Two months ago, I'd say we were, but we've done a good job of getting the W's lately and our losses were all against Top 25 teams, one of them being the #1 team. I think after the NCS loss we all adjusted our expectations for the season quite a bit, if we didn't do it after the UGa game.
Given pre-season expectations and how these schools started and how their seasons have gone so far, I'd say that Texas, Florida and TA&M might be the most disappointed fan bases right now, closely followed by UNC and Miami. Both of them have had some decent wins and some crazy losses.

Of course we all knew their NC season was just a flash in the pan but you would’ve never convinced their fans of that at the time.

I do think it's hard to be more disappointed than Clemson fans when basing things off of pre-season expectations. Not only were we ranked #2, but we had made the playoffs 6 years in a row.
I think most were expecting to at least make the CFP again, but most could at least imagine it as a possibility of losing the UGA game and then missing the CFP either by not getting in at 12-1 due to a lack of quality wins, or after losing a 2nd game along the way somewhere.
However, I don't think any Clemson fan would've imagined going into the 11th game as an unranked team needing to not only beat Wake, but to also have Wake and NC State lose at least 1 other game for us to even make it to the ACC Championship game.
The other teams you mentioned are likely very disappointed, but probably not shocked by the results due to not winning consistently over the past several years.

Florida by far, with UNC behind them. Texas gets a pass this year because of anew coach and system.

Dude, we were picked the national championship by many experts. DJ was the frontrunner for Heisman. We're 7-3, completely unranked, and 5 of our wins came from the defense having to do a last second stand against horrific teams. Our QB was around 40% accurate and our running game was completely shut down to the tune of 3.1 ypc against a 1-9 UConn team whose only win was a close one against Yale (who ran the ball better than Clemson). Some other highlights for UConn. Purdue beat them 49-0 and had almost 600 yards of offense; Army had 52 points and over 500 yards on them; Fresno State had 45 points and 540 yards (and their QB, whom you've never heard of, threw for 350 and 3 touchdowns); just last week, Middle Tennessee State's QB completed 75% of his passes for 300 yards and 4 touchdowns against UConn. All those teams outperformed Clemson's offense, the third most talented in the country.
Maybe you're right, some of our fans, especially here, seem to be high and not realize just how bad we are. They think we're just a couple plays from being a top 10 offense, despite us being the #107 offense (which is propped up from playing UConn and SC State) and the season being almost over. So for them, maybe they're not disappointed. But I feel like any reasonable person would be most disappointed in us.

I’ll go with UNC because we actually thought we wouldn’t suck. We were wrong.
