2002 vs SCar....some fans and a security guard were injured when students tore down the posts in a big game win...it is now there for safety. You are debating a safety decision? And yes...win or lose, the fans meet w the players at the paw/crnter field (at neutral bowl site) to sing the alma mater...tradition.

Actually it is acceptable as well as a few other terms that aren't deemed derogatory. I tend to use the terms that are widely used by certain segments of the population to describe theirselves. Never ran across a special needs person accept the moniker "######". But I don't spend much time in the upstate. But we socially excepted there unlike the rest of the country.
