Never parked here for a game but have an offer for a spot here tomorrow. Any info on what it's like? Atmosphere? Crowded? Too far from the rest of tailgaters?

Pros: Close to real bathrooms. Grass lot.

Pro or Con depending on you: Not as rowdy as other lots.

Con: Possibly the worst lot traffic wise to get out of after the game.
