Anybody care to tell me how this will impact NCAA football? Just tell me how it will hasten the day that all this chaos is over and FSU and Clemson are getting out of ACC sooner.

The game-changing service will be launched in the fall, with each media giant owning one-third of the company. It will include games from the the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and the major college sports divisions, as well as live sports content from ESPN+.

Pricing details and a name for the service were not disclosed.

I already dont use their streaming. I'm not going to pay for yet another platform.

as I think it could slow down all this jumping from one conference to another, and keeping College Football games more regional.

However, they wouldn't do this if it wouldn't be a money grab and ultimately the TV consumers will end up paying more, no doubt.
